My form2 has been sitting on my desk for the last month with the amber cover down and no resin tank on top of it. Should we be covering the optical window even though the amber cover is down?

The form 2 owner covered their optical window.
I usually have a tank in it, but when I take out the tank and leave it out for a while- like when i won’t be printing for a week or more- then I put the optical cover in.
No matter how good your air filters- dust gets everywhere.
I also keep the entire machine, and all my tanks and cartridges, in the dark- inside a metal cabinet with dark grey walls and black shelves.
Yey, dust always finds a way.
