Did the tough resin's color change?

Hello,

I received tough resin from the european store and I test it today… is it normal that she’s grey as the grey resin? Did she not supposed to be blue translucent?

I haven’t used my new cartridge yet, so can’t yet correlate - but I’d assumed it’d look the same as shown in http://formlabs.com/products/materials/tough/

Yes I guess too…

So i definitely receive grey resin instead of tough and I use a new resin tank for it :unamused:

Hi Christophe, this definitely sounds like a mixup. Can you open a new ticket with support and we’ll get this sorted out?
