Cutting the internal supports

Hi Guys, I’m a newby here and I would like to ask you for the advice. I have a small part printed in Flexible. There is a 6mm hole with some internal supports auto-generated by the preform. Do you have any tips on how to remove them easily before I massacre the hole it with the clippers? I was thinking about using something like a rotatable file but I don’t want to blindly buy unnecessary tools.

Also, were these supports even necessary? After a few fails due to poorly supported parts I am afraid to remove any auto supports.

Cheers,
Natalia

You could consider using a 6mm drill bit and gently rotate it between thumb and index finger.

Those are pretty minor, you probably don’t need them in the first place, but you can easily cut them out and then sand the hole smooth with some sanding files.
