What has been your experience in turn-around time from CS?
Before getting my printer I don’t have anything good to say, but as for after: It varies but I’d say on average probly 2 to 3 days for first responses but it goes pretty quick after that, and they have been quite pleasant and very helpful to me.
Our customer support is a bit socked at the moment – but we aim to have a turnaround of under 24 hours in most cases. If it’s been awhile – don’t hesitate to ping the team again! It’s always possible that something got lost in the mix.
