Craters around supports solved

Hi, Formlabbers,
I jast had a batch of prints fail. Form2, tough V5, brand new LT tank. I am used to some deformation around the supports. But these were large gaps in the print! Anybody ideas? These products are sold already, so I really have to deliver!

this is what it is supposed to look like.

Thanks in advance, Maarten

Is there cured resin stuck to the resin tank? To me, it looks like the mirrors of the galvanometer are dirty and therefore the laser beam is not perfect anymore! I had a similar problem with the Form 2 and the mirrors. Once cleaned the right way the print quality is by far better! Did you print on the platform directly or with supports?

Hi Christoph_IBS ,
I printed with supports, and I tilt my pieces, The bottom of the (new) LT tank was perfectly clear. I went across with a smooth scraper and everything was smooth.

Also, I did an optices test, which looked fine. Will submit thye photos to FL support.

Hi everybody, I cleaned out the old resin from the tank, installed a new cartridge… and the prints were just fine. So the resin was old. That is a shame as I had to throw away nearly a full bottle of resin. But, I am back in business!
