Stopped for more than 5 hours in step 2.
There are times when it works normally when you restart after cancellation.
However, I rebooted 3 times today and restarted more than 5 times after cancellation, but the progress is no longer possible.
Does the ambient temperature affect it?
Is it normal that it takes this long?
Sorry to hear about this - the ambient temperature can have an impact on this step as well, as it is also checking the temperature in that step. I would create a support case with our support team with the logs of the affected printer to make sure to rule out all potential causes.
