All the resin has leaked when it is seen. The inside of the machine is all resin.

This has been an issue over the last few months, I don’t think it’s linked to you being in China. That being said, on the EU and US page only the Formlabs partner login is available, and these is a message stating that consumer login is currently disabled.
You can try following the questionnaire at this URL :
It will lead you to cleaning instructions without having to contact support, or it’ll lead you to a form on which you can contact support without having to login.
