Cartdridge error form3

Hi,
this morning when I changed the material, the machine gave me the message of “missing cartdridge”; I tried to remove and insert it again, but nothing different happened; I put another material, but I got the same; I even tried to clean cartdridge contacts, but same warning; at last I’ve tried to switch it of and switch it on, but the same message appeared.
What could be happened?
What can I do?
