I have tried to print 15-20 of these parts, and I have not had success. It seems like a pretty basic shape to me. is there something about its design that makes it impossible to print on a form 1+?
Auto supports didn’t do good enough. Try this, it has manual supports.
Also be sure to mix your resin extremely well.
It’s always possible that a particular orientation is causing problems — yours appears to have a flat-ish section parallel to the build platform, which can be challenging. Have you tried a few auto-oriented positions? That could help. And of course, once you do have a failed print, take extraordinary care in cleaning out the resin tank.
