I bought a brand new resign tank + black resin cartridge and my first attempt to print with this new resin failed miserably and created a HUGE mess.

This is actually the first failed attempt on my machine. Everything works with clear resin. The video shows the disaster in more details:
The tank and wiper are brand new and was never used before. I believe Formlabs mislabeled the resin because it seems like that the resin is a flexible resign (or maybe flexibility is the result of half-cured resin)
I emailed support and no one has responded. I am feeling frustrated since I have spent near $300 on the resing and the tank and I am on a deadline to finish the job. Now I have filter the resin and clean the tank, and get a new resign cartridge…
