Biomed Amber for Surgical Models and Optimization for printing and placement on build plate

We print anatomical models for surgery cases in BioMed amber- question about best way to configure a print on the build plate. Is there best practice to put the large part of the model so it prints first over the smaller dimension. Logic for support of model of complex geometries and best way to configure if anyone has had experience. We have not had failures overall for this. We do see failures with wear and tank health.

Thanks

Hi @Innovation ,

If you reach out to our Support Team with the .form file (or a screenshot of the object if you cannot share the file) and we can help look at alternative orientations to help you get the part printed!

Thanks Corey, I just submitted my question with a screenshot.

We appreciate the support the FormLabs team gives us.

Take care

Teri
