My Form3 is dying!!! Please check this video for the scary sounds!
Here is what happened: I am printing with tough1500 resin, using a brand new platform and resin tank. I printed 3 times and they all failed because of the same problems. Firstly, the printer will finish the first 3 or 4 layers nicely (see the photo of the platform). Then at some time point, the laser module will stay at the leftmost position and keep generating scary sounds in the video! After aborting the print, I found the laser was just keeping scanning a line and cured a beam in the resin tank. The sound seems to be generated by a stuck X-axis leadingscrew. However, the X-axis was moving smoothly after I aborted the print. This problem is killing me!! Appreciate for any help or advice !!!
