All of my prints fail like the attached. This was the second attempt with a new canister of material in a new vat. Previous material and vats have done the same thing. Used default options. Slight change in orientation. Different files, support styles, orientations, all failed similarly.
My suggestion is to open a ticket in the support. It might be a dirty mirror. They will direct you how to test and clean it and also provide a free cleaning kit if you like.
