I aborted a print cause of a motor jamming. The build platform is down into the tank.
For more than an hour, the display shows “Aborting print…”. No input is possible.
What can I do? Pull the power plug?
I don’t want to damage the printer…
I would try resetting the machine by pulling the plug. The printer should initialize and home when booting back up. If it doesn’t home normally, you should open a ticket with our support team.
