We’ve just bought a Form Wash machine, and we’ve been using it for a while (around 2 weeks), but lately it has started to make a loud and regular noise few minutes after starting the process, as if the fan is getting stuck with something when spinning, or something like this.
I’ve emptied the tank and checked the fan, but everything looks alright, and also played a test without the basket, with no change.

I had the same problem - sounds like a pneumatic drill in the base unit. I contacted Formlabs, sent them a video so they could hear the fault and they immediately ordered and sent a replacement unit. Mine was only three days old so this might be an issue. Superb Customer service! I am very happy
