Yellowing Issue with White Nylon 12 Powder on Fuse 1+ Printer

Hello,

I’m experiencing a yellowing issue with my Fuse 1+ printer when using white Nylon 12 powder. Both the printed parts and the unused powder become yellowish after printing.

I’m using the standard print profile, and all equipment is new — this is only my third print, and the powder was just opened from a new, sealed package. The printer and accessories are all in perfect condition, and the environment is normal.

Has anyone else experienced this yellowing issue? Could it be related to temperature calibration, powder exposure, or another setting?

Any help or suggestions from the Formlabs team would be greatly appreciated.

do you print in a nitrogen atmosphere?

@Zaferdede If you are not using nitrogen during the printing of Nylon 12 White, it will yellow. I have our guide on using Nylon 12 White for your reference.

If you are currently using nitrogen, I would suggest contacting support so that we can help you troubleshoot this.
