I’m new to the forum; looked around a bit and couldn’t find a definitive answer to the shelf life for the castable wax resin. I ordered and received a “fresh” cartridge of castable wax in October, 2020, and the manufacturing date on it was February 2020. Hence, 8 months old. Contacted the factory and eventually they said they’d generate a return authorization (as of last Thursday or Friday); still nothing. Haven’t opened the cartridge, so it’s just getting older… 
Is this the degree of “freshness” I should expect from a cartridge direct from the factory? Thanks
