Very tight fitting splint LT Clear V2

When I print a splint on my Formlabs 3B / LT Clear V2, designed in Exocad, the splints are too tight, not fitting.

Printed in dental preset. Offset 0.04, allow undercuts to 0.31mm. Angle 0. As per recommendation of Seth Potter.

What’s your setting? Anybody successful with Exocad?

Hi! It sounds like the Offset might be a bit too small. We recommend an offset from 0.05 to 0.10 mm, but the ideal value depends on the exact design and workflow.
