After seeing both the results from Tj’s awesome torture test, and thin features on a few of my pieces, I decided to print an object to help me set some bounds. I did a quick “thin wall” test to see what works and what doesn’t, and how these results affect my design decisions. I also learned some cool stuff about flexibility, and demonstrate that in a video. My test is nowhere near as detailed or thorough as Tj’s, but it served my purpose. I also have pics of a tiny mech pendent I remixed from a Thingiverse object, which has a very small loop in it, one of the items prompting my test.
