Stripes, deformations and thin layers of resin

Thank you KenCitron. Ill try this today

Yesterday I made the test again after ceaning the big mirror, as said me the Support

This are all the tests:

Without cleaning

after ceaning the big mirror

Today I made the Laser Diagnostic

I Think that its no good

I am waiting what sais me the Support team

After a month of testing, spend time and money in resin, the printer still giving the same error

I clean the galvo and medium mirrors and it the same, the print are not good.

I said from the beginning that the failure is the laser, because my mirrors were pretty clean. and if those little specks of dust that had at first printer failure is a serious problem with the printer.

Now with completely clean mirrors continues the same fault

Now I’m sure I’ll have to send the printer to Formlabs, and spend more money and more time.

Cleaning of mirrors

The result ot the third test

The truth is I’m a little angry

After almost 24h unanswered by formlabs support, I made one last test with my radio project I’ve printed more than 30 times,

For those here in the forum they said it was dirt in the mirrors, to look carefully the result of the impression after cleaning I explain above.

I used the version 1.7 and the same file that I used in the past 30 good impressions, a new tank and fresh resin, and 25 microns ( the same settings that i use in the past).

No one from Formlabs deigns to tell me nothing about this issue … not here, not from the mail support …

Do not understand anything

could it be that the laser itself is dirty or oily at the front?

@MarcusKnorr Thank you for your tip,
Support thinks that coul be the large mirror or the peel motor. They send to me new ones for replace. I am happy because this method acelerate the procces and by the moment i dont must to send the printer to Support Labs.
