'of late, i have been having these strange cavities forming in my prints. I’ve changed the Vat to a brand new one, used a brand new batch of resin, and cleaned the window. Am i looking at some manner of calibration issue? Any suggestions on how to solve this?

Looks like blowouts to me. The model is hollow, are there any vent holes?
The model is not hollow, i’ve looked at it in the slicing preview and is it 100% solid on the preview.
How was it oriented on the build plate?
I’ve been having similar issues with grey lately. I mainly print with this material and have had great success with it, but recently I’m seeing about a 10% failure rate. Clear works perfectly still though.
