Since you have so many copies of some of the rings it would be better if you export out one individually and then made duplicates in PreForm in the Layout mode. Besides that, it’s difficult to tell the polygon count but it’s likely that they might be too high-poly in the first place, more than what’s needed to make sure they’re smooth.
Anyway, first step to improve it is to export each unique item by itself and make the copies in the Preform software.
