I just wanted to reach out to check if you have attempted to bend the spring fingers back into place; oftentimes they can get bent when inserting a tank at the wrong angle, but straightening them back out can usually resolve the issue (although, not always). I found one user who used a workaround for their out-of-warranty printer using solder to help with contact. Otherwise, I am hopeful that another user has attempted this repair on their own that can help you!
