Hello fellow Form 3 users,
I always have my Form 3 primed and ready to print, and I send my prints to it over wifi from my laptop on the same network, and it starts printing automatically as expected. I was under the impression that enabling “remote printing” would allow me to send prints to my printer from any network over the internet, but when I’m on any other network, PreForm doesn’t see my printer. Am I doing something wrong or am I misunderstanding what remote printing means?

do the other networks use a VPN? I dont own a form 3 but it may be a router configuration where maybe some port forwarding is needed… again not sure. Just an idea.
I just did it for the first time and at first had your same problem.
You need to be logged in to Dashboard with Preform in order to upload the print job
