i live in hong kong

and i got my form 1   2  Weeks before …

last week i try to printing and start to use to print the sample model …

but everytime print it like the attach photo…

i try to use my spare Resin , build platform and tank also but it still printed like this …

i try to email the customer service but no reply…

can i ask the other owner happen such thing before ?

and so actually what should i do now  -___________-?

p.s : my one is white resin  and print different microns still like this…
