To preface, I have been using this printer now for 3 years, and it has been working properly, and I use it regularly. So I removed the print from yesterday, and went to print a new part and it did not print.
The error that I got on the screen was printing failed. When I started the print, it was stuck on the preparing to print screen. Then after 5 minutes it gave me the printing failed error.
Then it said that there was an issue with the build platform which was cleaned and free of debris. I reinserted it and same issue, and then I even switched it out for a completely new build platform and it still gave me the same printing failed error.
I rebooted the system twice and the same error, tried with a different tank and resin cartridge and still and same error.
Does anyone have any suggestions.
