Printer failed to tension tank - Form 3

Have been getting this error constantly on the Form 3. Updated the firmware and checked motors for any issues with movement (Motor moves). Contacted support; they collected videos, logs and then never got back to me with a solution or troubleshooting tips. Would highly appreciate any help if someone has navigated this issue before.

I understand your concern with Services and I am sure my colleague who has your case will get back to you; tensioner issues are complicated due to the multiple possibilities for the issue at hand.

The tensioner is not a part that can be worked on directly - it’s under tension, so we have to determine whether there’s a tank issue, software issue, or hardware issue, and we do so from logs, which takes a bit of extra time to resolve.
