we use the Form2 printer for last 2 years. All was fine. Now we must upgrade the firmware.
We had done already. Now the printer doesnt work: error code 41.
We contact the Formlabs in Berlin, they give us an instruction for the galvanometercable.
We done already. Same error code is lightning.
We contact support in Berlin again, they said “its coincidence that we had this error code, the firmware works well”
I dont beleive, there are many costumers which have problems like this.
Can Formlabs support the customers with error 41 as well? or should we buy a other printer that works well??
