Print layers curing on the resin tank

Just had my first failed print and the problem seems to be that a coupe of layers adhered to the PDMS in the resin tank which disrupted the laser from reaching the rest of the model. This happened about mid way through the print. The base and supports all adhered to the build platform just fine. Had no problems up till half way up the model. Anyone know what’s going on? or how to prevent this? Could it be that the PDMS is getting rougher and the resin is curing onto it?

I’m printing at 25um layers.

It is possible that the bottom of the tray is worn out, that will depend on how much you’ve used it in that spot.
