Good afternoon, I updated PREFORM 3.7.0 and now it is closing automatically when I add a file to the platform.
My operating system is win10
@Tverdi did you contact customer support? We’d like to get this fixed and going through customer support they can make sure we’re getting the right log files from you in order to diagnose the issue.

Yes, I contacted support from my country, they also had this problem. This problem has been happening since the last update of win 10. If it helps, I can record a video demonstrating this problem.
