Files I’ve had no problems printing before are causing PreForm to hard crash during the Printability check phase.
So is there any way to switch back to 2.14 until 2.16 comes out because I’ve not been able to print anything at all for the last 24 hours since everything crashes after I load it.
I’m running Windows 10 on two different computers and both are crashing constantly during the Printability check.
We’re looking into crashing that seems to occur when large file sizes are loaded into PreForm. Do you know what the approximate file size is of the models that are causing PreForm to crash?
Yesterday I sent Mike from Formlabs the FORM files and he called me to talk to me about why it was crashing. Had to do with the size of the file and the complexity of it as well.
