Poor Quality on the Supports Side

I’m sorry to hear about the surface quality issue you’ve encountered. If supported surfaces are still gummy after post-curing, it may be worth trying some of the recommendations in Best practices for post-curing prints. For example, trimming or removing supports before post-curing can ensure even light exposure. If issues persist, please feel free to get in touch with Support for further troubleshooting.

It’s been my observation that the support side is ‘gummy’ due to gravity. There is little that can be done to prevent resin from dripping down the supports onto the model. A few things I’ve tried include manual placement of supports, cleaning with fresh IPA (2 times), making the part as vertical as possible, just to name a few. Also, if you are able to edit the model, you can try creating purpose-built features or adding texture where you expect supports to show.
