I am beginning to despair. The printer (Form3B+) was purchased for research and prototype application and that because of the good material library and accuracy. But unfortunately the accuracy leaves much to be desired. Not even the tolerance of +/- 25µm could be achieved. The worst occurred today. The picture shows a relatively large component and it has deviations of 200µm and that with a simple rectangle. So slowly I don’t know what the problem is. I have printed the part in several orientations in Rigid10k and always achieved the result. It is an impertinence to specify tolerances of +/-25µm which are then not achieved. Do you have any experience or tips on how to meet the tolerances better?
