form3B printing off tolerance

Hello Team

I am struggling with my 2 x Form 3B for more than a month now. Both machines are printing outside tolerance with splinting of layers and delamination. I used new tanks on several occasions with results not improving. Any ideas how I can resolve this matter?

I print mostly with white, grey and Dental LT
