Has anyone figured out the optimal curing time before “stopping” the cure with a UV inhibitor spray? My goal is to get the parts as cured / hard as possible without warping.
I realize this may be impossible to answer, as it depends greatly on the individual printed model.
I stop once the parts feel dry and no longer has a tacky feel to them but be careful the harder a material gets the more brittle it is. It truly is a fine line from my experiences with these resins
Good point. I have also been using a fingernail test, when my fingernail can no longer scratch the resin, I stop curing it and spray UV inhibitor.
@Nicholas_Manousos what type of UV inhibitor are you using?
