Hi all, I have just started printing Night Guards in office with my Form 3B. The night guards look really nice, but I find that the precision of the fit is tooo good! Once I try the nightguard on the model it is almost impossible to remove, I have broken a night guard and broken a model doing this. I asked my designer to try and allow for extra space for insertion and removal but not working so far. I am wondering if anyone has any additional tips that I can pass along to make this an easier process once the night guard is printed.
