Mixer Detaching even after cleaning tank

Would you mind posing a picture of your fix?

I haven’t printed since last post until just now and guess what – Updated the firmware, loaded it with Tough 2000 and of corse the mixer arm detached, just as before.

Here are 3 pics of the mixer. The left side one is adjusted very slightly. Close up pics show the difference between the left and right side ones. Hope this helps

Thank you. Very interesting, I’ll look into doing this too.
Just grind down one side, not a tiny bit from both?

I just did the one side because the left side never fails to engage the stop/retention at the left side position. I feel like it was decoupling because the right side lifts when it can’t get to the home spot

I just did this, only took off a tiny bit on each side but that made no difference. It still came loose first thing after mixing the tank, pre-print.

You can try sanding a bit more off the left side. I placed the couple in the tank and pushed it into the seated position by hand to check how hard the seating was. I wanted to have it seat with just a little force with some tugback resistance on the mixer after it was seated.

Flattening the green area will make the seating easier, don’t grind the red area or the mixer will float loose while printing. Do a little bit and see if helps, then do more if needed.

I feel your pain. I hope this helps

I had a decouple on a different resin on a stock mixer this week. Mixing the resin in the tank by hand seemed to correct that issue.
