Hello Formlabs community, we’re excited to share our parameter set for PK 5000 on the Fuse 1+ 30W! PK 5000 is a polyketone powder that performs similarly to injection-molded polypropylene (PP) with incredible impact strength, ductility, and chemical resistance. The material relies on Formlabs Open Material Mode, runs on Nitrogen in inert mode, and is best refreshed at 40% virgin by sieving part cake through a 106 micron sieve.
