Preform is displaying text as incomplete chunks. I’m not sure what’s causing this.
Preform version 3.12.1
I’m using a computer issued by the IT dept in my university with the following graphics adapters:
Citrix Indirect display adapter (Driver: Citrix Systems Inc / version: 12.40.44.247)
Microsoft Basic display adapter (Driver: Microsoft / version: 10.0.18362.1)
I’d appreciate any help that anyone can provide fixing this.
If the problem isn’t fixed by reinstalling PreForm, I would imagine there is an issue with the fonts on the computer with the PreForm install.
That’s messed up. I’ve gone through it a few times in my head and I can’t figure out how something could be corrupted to produce the results you’re getting. Freaky.
Best course of action, assuming no other apps on your computer exhibit a similar problem, uninstall and reinstall PreForm.
