Yes…I am very familiar with this. Dealt with it for 6 months. Pull the back off the machine and pull the roller motor. Check the coupler on the end of motor to see if it’s loose.
Had 3-4 motor swaps with these loose couplers causing the under dosing you are seeing…before we finally swapped the entire Fuse for a new one.
