I inadvertently overwrote a model file in my 3d program and lost the original. All I have left is the .form file. Is there a way of exporting or extracting the .form file back out to an stl or something?
Don’t think so. Good time to implement a backup system, while the pain is still fresh…
I did have a backup of the file! Silly me had it in the “backup folder”. Was in a blind panic on this because there are so many complex parts. Anyways got a working proto out and they printed perfectly.
Would be nice to be able to export out the part from PreForm as an stl without supports.
