I'm looking for the .formlogs file

Hi. I’m looking for the .formlabs file regarding my Formlabs Form Cure. During updateing the cure is frozen and the display is black. To get in contact with the support they ask for those cure logfile. But I’m unable to find it.

Wher is the logfile on Windows 11? How can I read the file?

Hi, please open you Accessories dialog select the device then click logs.

Thank You.

But I only have the small Cure. Not the L type. The formlabs software interface ( Oberfläche) at the german version looks quite different and has no “logs”.

But no problem, in the meanwhile the problem ist solved. The 3.42.1 has an usb download com bug. The 3.40.3 is running.
