hi can anyone help? We have a form 2 that shows printing error 58. We have updated the firmware, a reboot and factory reset but nothing changed? suggestions please!!

It sounds like you’ve tried a lot of the first steps that we’d recommend. You can try contacting our support team as they may have some quick things they can look up, but our support capabilities for the Form 2 are a little more limited at this point.
In the meantime, maybe another use here might be able to offer suggestions as well! So sorry you’re dealing with this. I know how frustrating it can be.
