Does anyone know the effects of exposing the grey resin to hydrogen gas plasma (H2O2) sterilization? Will the material out gas or experience some structural derogation?
“Plasma” = “Really Hot”. The resin will melt at a fairly low temperature. If I’m understanding you correctly, it would not be suitable for this application. But maybe you just mean Hydrogen Peroxide vapor? H2O2 goes to vapor under 1 ATM pressure at 302ºF/150ºC. I don’t think the resin can take that temperature either. So whether or not the H2O2 attacks the resin is probably academic.
