I think WBSong means a new printer was sent to him. I had the same issue and they sent me a replacement Form 3.
I also had the same issues with my Form 3. Support said that they had identified a small bug that allowed the LPU carriage to miss its stop point sensor as it travels to the left edge. Support also said that their team had identified the problem and are working on a firmware fix.
