the parts that i print directly on the platform are generally almost 1mm thicker, is there a way to get the exact dimensions of the part to be printed?

You’ll need to adjust your Z compression correction (aka the elephants foot)
and make a small correction in your CAD model. (only if needed)
i get nearly ideal results at 0.30mm YMMV
my best advice is to print a few test cubes at that setting and see what kind of results you get.
