I have a Form2. Recently I submitted a print job. The printer started smoothly. But, it got stuck when I had 25 minutes of printing time left. After an hour I unplugged the cable and plugged-in cable. But the (build platform) didn’t go up and the loading bar got stuck on completion. Then I tried to do a factory reset but unfortunately that didn’t work either.
this is my first major problem with form 2.
What should I do?
