Form Wash Noise

Hi all. There may be no solution to this but curious if anyone else is noticing the the Wash makes very little noise when rotating in one direction, while being very loud when rotating in the other.

I’ve tested with variants of small and large prints.

I’m assuming one of the spin cycles is much faster than the other?

I had a knocking sound. When the basket was removed it was a lot quieter. I contacted support and they replaced it free of charge because it was still under warrantee
