Hi! We are frequently having the problem that a print keeps sticking to the build plate when the form auto tries removing it. Is this a known issue? We tried many different ways of printing to solve this issue. However, we are unable to make it actually work. Rotating the print etc seems to have no effect at all.

How should we solve this?
Try to print diagonaly on the platform, from corner to corner.

Thanks for getting in touch. I can share a few tips to address this:
- Running the Z-axis calibration might help in case the part is stuck too tightly to the build platform during printing.
- In terms of rotation, I would agree with @agiorgitis that printing diagonally should help with the release. Keeping the raft away from the very edges of the platform can help, since those regions flex the least compared to the rest of the print surface.
