I heard the formulas are different slightly because of how they are cured

Are there any chances that I will procure damage to the printer?

The SLA based resins might not cure as well, but beyond that it wouldn’t do any damage to your printer unless it causes a failed print and that failed print then causes issues like a resin spill.
